What you need to know about failing transactions.
Our team works hard to keep our platform secure, up-to-date and to ensure each transaction is completed seamlessly. However, there is a very occasional chance that a failed transaction will occur. The reason for a failed transaction is that sometimes the price of a token can change and may not be available at the price you’ve chosen, or there can be liquidity issues with your chosen token.
For now, bitoftrade's default setup for each transaction is 1% possible slippage. This is the maximum available price impact on swaps. So, if the transaction is pending for some time, it is highly possible that your swap transaction will be rejected by a smart contract.
